There are
certain passages
which refer to all three members of the Trinity. Matt. 3:16, 17"
And
Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of
the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the
spirit of
God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: (17) And lo a voice
from; heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well
pleased."
in this account we acknowledge the Father's voice from heaven, and we
have
the Holy Spirit manifesting the divine presence upon the Son.
John 14:16 "And
I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that
he may abide with
you for ever."
Matt. 28:19 "Go
ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the
Father, and
of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost."
II Cor. 13:14"
The
grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion
of the
Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen."
Acts 2:33 Therefore
being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the
Father the
promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see
and hear."
Acts 10:38"How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the
Holy Ghost
and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were
oppressed
of the devil; for God was with him."
And there are other
scriptures
that teach of His personality.
Rom. 8:27 "And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth
what is the mind
of the Spirit, because he maketh
intercession for the saints according to the will of God." (His
mind)
I Cor. 12:11
"But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to
every man severally as he
will." (His will)
Eph. 4:30 "And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby
ye are
sealed unto the day of
redemption."
(His
emotions)
