There is one message and all
is resolved in it, including incongruities, apparent conflicts and matters
of truth and judgment. The creation exists so that God can be one with
His creation. God brought forth everything out of nothing, He alone truly
exists, and He alone is worthy of honor and praise. The faith that we
have received from God by the Spirit is so real that it has become the
very substance of our lives. We are making a home for God on earth within
the reality of our own lives and spiritual community. We are able to live
by faith because faith has touched and activated every aspect of our existence.
Faith, reality and existence are becoming synonymous. “Faith comes
by hearing and hearing by the Word of God”. When God produces faith,
He does so by presenting the truth, in order to awaken understanding,
confidence and trust. If we accept it, value it and encourage it, truth
is able to touch and transform us heart, soul and mind.
1 Corinthians 13:12: “Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror;
then we shall see face to face. Now we know in part; then we shall know
fully, even as we are fully known.” “Through faith we understand
that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are
seen were not made of things which do appear.” Hebrews 11:3
The
Lord has brought forth everything that exists from that which did not
previously exist. He has brought forth the something from nothing and
He maintains the creation from moment to moment. The life force that continues
to flow into all things that have been created is that which emerges from
the mouth of God.
Therefore, “we do not live by bread alone, but
by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.” Matthew 4:4
God has sent forth and provided
a living word to create and bring into manifestation the desire of His
heart. The Spirit has revealed to us the plan of God and we have proven
it by our own experience - formed through the understanding that His word
has produced. It is a living word. We believe that as we both follow and
speak a living Word from God, that Word will bring into being that which
has been declared. We have determined to give the truth expression through
our lives. We have seen that as we have borne the image of the earthly
we can bear the image of the heavenly. Our lives are gradually being motivated
by one thought - that Jesus Christ be revealed and glorified on earth.
We have resolved to focus our
minds on the Word of God, and encourage our hearts to be filled with it:
"He is faithful that promised." And, above all, especially when
you are challenged by circumstance or inner struggle remember, "God
is faithful, through whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son
Jesus Christ." 1 Corinthians 1:9.
We are seeking divine transformation
and manifest sonship.
“Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify
you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved
blameless at the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you
is faithful, who also will do it.
” 1 Thessalonians 5:23-25
Psalm 145:3-6: Great is the
LORD, and greatly to be praised; and His greatness is unsearchable. One
generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare your mighty
acts. We will speak of the glorious honor of your majesty, and of your
wondrous works. And men shall speak of the might of your awesome acts:
and we will declare your greatness.” It is the nature of God to do
good and that good is seen in that He created the worlds out of nothing
and imbued the creation with life. Though we accept it as true it is beyond
us to grasp through understanding God’s ability to indwell His creation
and to create something out of nothing and give it life. Yet it is founded
in God’s love and desire to manifest His life in a world without
end. He has imbued us with a desire to make a home for Him on earth, a
dwelling sanctified by His presence and name. God enables us to participate
in, and enjoy, the outcome of the six days of creation and has brought
us into the seventh day in Jesus Christ.
“In order that He might
grant to you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened
with might by His Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your
hearts by faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able
to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth,
and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passes knowledge, that
you might be filled with all the fullness of God. Now unto Him that is
able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according
to the power that works in us, Unto Him be glory in the church by Christ
Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. ”
God has given us a new identity
in Jesus Christ. He is revealing to us the fullest truth of His life that
works within us who have received Him. We know through the word of God
that His lips have spoken, and that by grace God has given to us of His
Spirit. It has been evidenced through our experience. God is preparing
us for a greater revelation. “Till we all come in the unity of the
faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto
the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.” Ephesians
4:13
Then we shall know fully, even as we are fully known.
