Exodus 25:8, 9
"And let them
make me a sanctuary; that I may dwell among them, (9) according to all
that
I shew thee, after the pattern of all the instruments thereof, even so
shall
ye make it. 1 Cor.2: 9-10 But as it is written, Eye hath
not seen, nor ear
heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God
hath prepared for them that love him. (10) But God hath revealed them
unto
us by his Spirit for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep
things
of God."
Things that are being revealed and we are coming into are
only
revealed by the Spirit, it is a new thing.
Isaiah 43:18-19
"Remember ye
not the former things, neither consider the things of old. (19) Behold,
I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it?
I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert."
Isaiah
48:6"Thou hast heard, see all this; and will not ye declare it? I
have
shewed thee new things from this time, even hidden things, and thou didst
not know them."
Isaiah 65:17 "For, behold, I create new heavens
and a new
earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind."
Hebrews
10:5,9, "Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice
and
offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me: (9) Then
said
he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he
may establish the second."
We are going to come into things
we cannot see at present.
I Peter l: 4-5"To an inheritance
incorruptible,
and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, (5)
Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be
revealed in the last time."
We can only preach what we see. Paul saw
things
and couldn't explain them. No physical law he could use to describe them.
2 Corinthians 1:12"For our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our
conscience,
that in simplicity and godly sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom, but by
the grace of God, we have had our conversation in the world, and more
abundantly
to you-ward."
Romans 11: 33-36 "O the depth of the riches both
of
the wisdom
and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways
past
finding out! (34) For who hath known the mind of the Lord? For who hath
been
his counselor? (35) Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be
recompensed
unto him again? (36) For of him, and through him, and to him, are all
things;
to whom be glory forever. Amen."
We are only preaching full Gospel as
full as it is revealed. All foundations of truth flow out from God. .
"In
the beginning…" so whatever we are in eternity will be because of our
relationship
with Him; we are what we are by grace and not by any other thing. So in
dealing with the subject of sonship, we want to eliminate any thought of
boasting, because sonship is not: the superman, independent spirit, and
it is not sectarianism.
Establish Pre-eminence: First thing is to
establish
pre-eminence (distinction). The Lord Jesus Christ alone occupies the
chief
place.
Colossians 1:12-17 "Giving thanks to the Father, Who
has qualified and made us fit to share the "portion which, is the
inheritance
of the saints (God's holy people) in the Light. 13) [The Father] has
delivered
and s to Himself out of the control and the dominion of darkness and has
transferred into the kingdom of the Son of His love, 14) In whom we have
our redemption through His blood, [which means] the forgiveness of our
sins.
[Now] He is the exact likeness of the unseen God - the visible
representation
of the invisible; He is the Firstborn - of all creation. 16) For it was
in Him that all things were created, in heaven and on earth, things seen
and things unseen, whether thrones, dominions, rulers or authorities; all
things were and exist through Him (by His service, intervention) and in
and for Him. And He Himself existed before all things and in Him all
things
consist - cohere, are held together. (Read: Proverbs 8:22-31)
Colasians1:18-19 He also is
the Head of [His] body, the church; seeing He is the Beginning, the
First-born
from among the dead, so that He alone in everything and in every respect
might occupy the chief place - stand first and be pre-eminent. 19) For
it has pleased [the Father] that all the divine fullness - the sum total
of the divine perfection, powers and attributes - should dwell in Him
permanently."
Jesus Christ is the Body of the Eternal God for He alone expressed the
actual quality, nature and divinity of God. God had no other body or
physical
way to express Himself.
Revelation 1:5-8 "And from Jesus
Christ, who is
the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince
of the kings of the earth; unto him that loved us, and washed us from our
sins in his own blood. 6) And hath made us kings and priests unto God and
his Father; to him be glory and dominion forever and ever. 7) Behold, he
cometh with clouds; and every eye shall se him, and they also which
pierced
him; and all kindred's of the earth shall wail because of him even so,
Amen.
8) I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord,
which
is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty."
Isaiah 9:6
"For
unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall
be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called wonderful, Counselor,
Mighty God, everlasting Father, Prince of Peace."
