THE MYSTERY
OF FAITH INTRO: The following chapters of notes contain
powerful, fresh insight into the “Mystery of the Faith.” There isn't anything
more amazing to me than the power of belief. Jesus taught, what a man believes
he will become his greatest personal treasure. And every person is capable of
faith so that this gift is for everyone.
As each one begins the true journey of faith it is necessary to come as
much as possible without previous conclusions and ideas. In this way you
also begin making
a fresh approach, which is personal to you. This is not something you
are born with or can
inherit through your birth line. It is spiritual phenomena.
The faith which I speak of, is a mystery until you have become aware
of it in yourself. It is not religious dogma or creeds to memorize. It
is not the worship of
the past or history of its beginnings.
This faith is a mystery that is explained in the Revelation (appearing)
of Jesus Christ the Lord, the experience of His personal and Holy
presence
dwelling intimately and individually by the Holy Spirit in us, our own
selves
bearing witness.
While the teaching of this Faith is very ancient, yet it's expression is
unique and new for every generation. We who are alive today are being
called
by faith to the most fantastic and glorious spiritual opportunity, to
become
a people formed by the Living Christ through faith.
THE APPEARANCE OF FAITH:
When the realization of faith appears within you it shows itself in
complete
contrast to your previous state of being. As I stated earlier we are not
born with this faith. It does not matter what tradition has been taught
to you. Only when you become individually filled with the desire to know
the truth and get beyond the appearance of things will the process of
faith
begin.
Faith is a belief that is supported in the mind by the word and heart.
It
was this very faith that enabled the Hebrew prophets to accomplish all
their spiritual
deeds through Faith. It was through faith that the nation of Israel was
conceived and brought forth into the world. This was the special secret
of the Hebrews.
Habakkuk 2:4, " but the just shall live by his faith."
Now
there are many voices persuading people to believe one thing or another
that often brings worship dedication to its principles or institutions.
However, there
is a faith (voice, word) that promises the quality of eternal and divine
life throughout all
ages to those who
believe. This is the faith of Jesus Christ. There are thousands of
institutions
that bear some form of his name and I suppose like Israel, was comprised
of twelve tribes,
so the church/body is gathered of many different ones called from every
culture,
race and creed joined at least in some way to each other through the
personal
faith of Christ.
Man by nature through birth is brought into this expression of life free
of any obligation but to choose according to the intuition of his or her
own heart, right and desire. The limits of these choices are often
governed
by your environment and upbringing, abilities, education, etc. We have
the capacity to believe anything we choose to. And we often grow up at
first
challenging our parent's thoughts and ways and then very often returning
to many of their own traditions planted in us from our youth. I'm not
suggesting
there is anything wrong with this, generally speaking. The belief in
religion
is also something often handed down by family tradition and influence.
The appearance of faith is the most astounding experience that can occur
in a person's life. The moment when the knowledge of the truth is
suddenly
alive within
you in a lightning like flash of emotion, insight, revelation, and the
ages of time come pouring
through your mind in clarity and brightness of understanding. The person
of God is revealed
in the face of Jesus
Christ the Lord and you begin hearing the sound
of His voice speaking from
within your mind; though seeming completely distinct from yourself.
That is why salvation is described as arise. For some it is as if they
have awakened from a long, long sleep, yet for others it takes on a
different
emphasis like the freedom from guilt and the joy of feeling washed and
clean.
But salvation is more than an experience. It becomes the lifelong
pursuit
to that individual who truly believes that what they heard was indeed
God's
voice. So that when faith appears within consciousness, evidence of the
eternal, invisible world becomes alive through spiritual experience
opening
up the heavens and convincing you inwardly of the World of God.
GOSPEL OF MOSSES:
The mystery of God is not the common teaching generally taught throughout
all spiritual communities producing a superstitious belief in a
superstitious
God who acts more or less as Santa Claus. Nor is the mystery of God to
be
found somewhere in a place called heaven that one must die to go to.
"
This ancient mystery of God's voice and word was the special Secret of
the
Hebrew people who were taught it according to the word and Gospel of
Moses.
Moses taught in His Gospel of Genesis that the creation of the entire
cosmos
came into being out from a state of nothing, which is God. Saint Paul
helps
us to understand this more clearly declaring
1 John 1:1-2, " In the beginning was the word, and the word
was with
God, and the word was God (2) The same was in the beginning with God
These few thoughts help us to understand that there is and was a point
of
Eternity that existed without any definition or interpretation or
expression
of any kind,{but self Existed as] itself alone.
When this infinite realm of in description put itself into manifestation,
it began to do so in the form of letters (alpha-beta), which are the
voice,
spirit and word of God. Moses said that the point of creation began when
God spoke (Genesis 1:1-31). That spoken word is CHRIST the Logos.
That which
was in the beginning with God always giving voice to the Father's
WORD: John 1:3, " All things were made by Hun and without
Him was not anything
made that was made Colossians 1:16, " For by him were all
things were created…"
Psalms 33:6, "By the Word of the Lord were the heavens made
and
all the host of them by the breath of his mouth
Christ is the mysterious (apothecary) mixture of the letters that give
unique voice and
power to the invisible Father. He is the perfect unity and speech of God.
The spoken word or rhema is what gave substance and form to all
manifested
and unmanifested realms of life as heaven and earth. The spoken Word of
creation is Christ, upholding all things by the word of his power.
This is the same voice, word, spirit, and Lord appearing through the
Mystic
experiences of the Father's, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. This is the same
voice, spirit, word and Lord in the life of Moses that enabled him to
rise
above his Egyptian upbringing and deliver the promise of God to the
descendants
of Jacob. This same voice, spirit, word, and Lord appeared by the word to
Samuel who anointed David King of Israel, who by faith expressed an
excellent,
brilliant spirit and strategy in defeating Israel's enemies and restoring
the dignity of their birth and heritage to Jehovah the living one; David
becoming the symbol of many unique qualities of Christ itself.
It was also this same voice, and word in the prophets of Israel who spoke
by the spirit to declare the more excellent way of Christ; each one
showing
in themselves some example of the Son who would deliver His seed out of
death into Life.
